If you want someone to look after your best interests look elsewhere. We used John as both selling and purchasing realtor to sell our home while buying a new house. We chose him because of trust related to his involvement with a local USMC group, however we have realized that he uses the Marines group simply for business reasons (he is not a Veteran but wants to profit off his involvement with the group). Bad decision. We were made promises that were never kept. Our choices in both buying and selling were horribly misguided. We had to use seller’s agent to get things done per contract (and we highly recommend her!) Bottom line, find a realtor with integrity. I have emails and texts to back our claims.
